Summerlicious has officially taken down its banner for the year. Yesterday marked the final day of the two-and-a-half week prix fixe promotion for restaurants across Toronto, an annual event we were proud to be a part of for the first time. We received an overwhelming positive response and can’t wait to do it again.
It was a pleasure seeing hundreds of new faces come into the restaurant. Summerlicious is more than just advertising. It really allows us to get better acquainted with the neighbourhood. It’s a few weeks when customers get a taste of the talent and personality behind great eateries, like here at Windup, where we pride ourselves on healthy food and honest hospitality.
If you missed it, there’s no need to worry. We still have a whole menu of great locally-sourced dishes, and we’ll be continuing with $15 three-course lunch and $20 three-course dinner prix fixe menus, with different daily offerings.
